Description
This variety has a brown-to-purplish epidermis and produces pink flowers. It is an early-flowering plant and is extremely prolific in offsetting, sometimes forming an offset on almost every areole. The offsets detach very easily. We will try to pack the cactus so that offsets do not break off, but if you receive a cactus with detached offsets, you can try to root them. This species prefers bright light, well-draining mineral soil, moderate watering, and a cool, dry winter rest.
