Description
Mammillaria geminispina f. cristata is a rare crested form of this popular species, forming dense, fan-shaped growth instead of the typical globular habit. The surface is covered with numerous fine white radial spines and longer central spines, giving the plant a soft, silvery appearance. Older plants form strongly twisted crests resembling brain-like folds.
